Terms of Service

These terms describe how All Quality Paint Inc. quotes, schedules and performs work. Hiring us means agreeing to the basics below.

Estimates

Estimates are free and based on what we can see at the visit. If a surface reveals more once work starts — hidden water damage, failing stucco, layers that must come off — we tell you before doing any extra work, and nothing extra happens without your OK.

Guaranteed service

We stand behind the work — if something about the finished job is not right, tell us and we come back and make it right. That is what guaranteed service means here, plainly.

Scheduling and weather

Interior work runs rain or shine. Exterior painting answers to the weather — rain or heavy marine layer can move a day, and when it does, we contact you and set the next available date. Commercial jobs are scheduled around your business hours.

Your property

Floors, furniture and landscaping get covered and protected; occupied units get notice and respect; the site gets cleaned when we finish. Tell us at the estimate about anything delicate.

Payment

The price agreed at the estimate is the price, unless the scope changes and we agree on the change together. Payment terms for larger projects are discussed before work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
