Complex and HOA jobs get broken down building by building, sometimes section by section within a building, so residents keep normal access to their units while work moves through the property. Balconies, terraces, stairwells and shared walkways all get worked around occupied units rather than treated like an empty jobsite.

Multi-story work means real equipment — boom lifts for upper floors and terraces, not just ladders — and a crew comfortable coordinating with an HOA board or property manager on timing, access and which buildings go first. A good complex repaint looks consistent from one building to the next, with the same clean finish whether it's the ground floor or the top terrace.
